Pulleys do not line up. any input is appreciated

Thanks and good luck. If you are gonna go with a new balancer, prior to installing it stick it in the oven for about 15 mins and then install it. New ones are tight and that method helps it slide on smooth as butter. Additionally you can feel it bottom out as your tightening it.
 
I just got a screaming deal on a ATI super dampener off of the Summit discount rack 125$. It moved my pulley .187 forward out of alignment, but it was .175 from the timing cover. So I took .187 off of the dampener snout and .050 of the timing cover marks and have .035 clearance between cover and dampener now.
I feel your pain, and just wish they the aftermarket could build our stuff to spec.
