Pushrod oiling on a 89 360 LA?

A fellow on another forum mentioned he has a 89 360 out of a W250 that had rocker oiling through the pushrods. . I had never heard of that. Is that just because it's a roller?
 
Bump. I added a few words to my original post.
 
That combo is “partially” pushrod oiled.
The rockers have no oil holes in the pushrod cup, so the oil coming up the pushrod only lubes the pushrod & rocker interface.
The rest of the lube requirements for the head are still handled the traditional way.

“Why” they decided to do it that way on that combo of parts……… I have no idea.

Thanks. I took my 85 roller Teen apart years ago and didn't pay attention to what was going on.
 
I don’t know what the rockers were like on those.
I was referring to the last of the LA 360’s that used the roller cam.
