Tall jack stands & a quick high lift floor jack are less expensive & take up a lot less room when not in use.
I was looking for that answer too. I was all hot and bothered about getting a mid-rise scissor lift until I found out you can't really work under the car with those. My question was going to be if you could access the transmission for removal and replacement, but from @Daves69's picture above, The answer is yes.

Sure looks like it would be a *****, trying to get in and out from under car to work on it !-----for tire changing only?I had a set for a while. The only reason I sold them is I upgraded to a 4-post lift. I thought they were a pretty good deal. They are super sturdy and have two lift settings, about 12" and 20" or so. The website would tell you for sure. I had the 7000# version so I could lift my truck too. If I hadn't gone to the 4-post, I would still have them and I would certainly recommend them. The only downside I found was they are pretty heavy. Be careful when moving them around.

Lol, Depends on whether one can get up from laying on a creeper. The older I get the tougher it gets.Sure looks like it would be a *****, trying to get in and out from under car to work on it......
Tempting....Canuck bucks too.
They have a 7500# model out now I do believe.
BTW, when mine are stored they sit on a 2 X 4. It helps keep the bottom from rolling out and keeps flat spots from happening to the wheels.
