question will a 28x9 radial slick

they sure wouldn`t on my 68 fastback, but it`ll take 29.5 tall now.

That's odd. I've seen quite a few 67-69's that 28's cleared on. Didn't clear by much but they cleared. Mine clears with a lot of space now also cause I had my painter open up the front part of the wheel opening 1/2" last year when he painted it. 29's should fit on it now if I ever wanted to use them
