I am building a R3 block #P5153478ab and I am looking for any help that is out there, does this block need any oiling mods ect.

Eagle rods #2-360-6123-2124A(xs) W- 2000 ARP bolts

looking for sugestions on Cam,heads, I am going to stay with my dual tunnel ram set up and I have the dual plate Nos 250 shot system as well. I am looking for low 10.0s on engin only.
