Can anyone recommend a radiator shop in the Chicago area that does good work. I need my Mopar Radiator re-cored, and was looking for some references, thanks.

I can't help you there except to say, the old timey rad shops are fast disappearing. even if you have good tanks, recoring is generally not cheap.
there are a few companies that can be found to make a new correct rad, but it wouldn't have the mopar part no.
a great member gave me the hard to find rad for my 62 toad. tanks were good , found ole time rad shop in Joplin, they clean it and send it off for recore. that little recore costs me like $265 I believe. bit a new repop one would have been $400 or so.

The best radiator shop for Mopars that I know of is Glen-Ray Radiators (http://www.restorationradiators.com).
Now its not in Chicago area but 5 hours north. Might be worth the trip.
