Hello all. I've had a 1970 dart rear seat in my 1972 Demon for over 40 years now and am finally getting around to putting in my new stuff. My question is "What size bolt goes fastens the seatback to the floor"? If anyone knows the size and length, I've got an 'ATTABOY for ya. Thanks!

I think the thread is 7/16 fine. The shoulder on the bolt will vary depending on how many belts attatch at that location. Its not critical if you use one with a slightly longer shoulder than needed.

Seat BACK to the floor. Sorry for the confusion, I should have separated the word. I'm thinking it's some kind of a sheet metal bolt because one of the holes was puckered out a bit. That, to me seems kind of crappy manufacturing but I tbelieve the frame rail lies just beneath it because I can't see the hole from the bottom. Doesn't appear to be threaded from what I can see up top.

Yes, its a coarse thread sheet metal screw. I think it has a 7/16 hex head on it.
