If you don't find any oem, these from Speedway are a decent and cheap alternative:

The only thing bad about the Speedway plates is you might have to modify for a oem type stud. Not sure if that tube is the same outside diameter. Or...just get a different spec shock that works with the plates.

Got them for my E-Body from Brewers - Brewer's Performance - Mopar A833 4-Speed Transmission and Component Specialists
Web site says out of stock but I would call. They looked for me and found a pair in stock they just needed to blast and paint.
