Regular or unleaded

Is there any gas issues with unleaded? I have had experience with some older cars that require regular gas. Is there any issues I need to consider when shopping for a Valiant or Barracuda?
Just something that popped in my head when i was looking at the for sale section,

What they call "real gasoline" is also unleaded, just ethanol free. You'll toss the OEM tuning specs for burning ethanol. I tuned first for ethanol then later started burning real gas only. Curb idle rpm went up a little bit but it doesn't ping or cause any problems. I left it alone so I can burn either fuel.
