It has a bezel where it mounts in the stock location. I bought it for a 1974 duster but it said a body . has 2 foot wire and I never even tried to mount it.

I think its a replacement part that fits instead of a OEM reproduction. It does have the pivoting base so you can lean it back. I dont recall seeing that feature in OEM.
