ride height and shock question

Here is my stupid question of the day. Do I need my front shocks installed to set the ride height? I am missing the upper bushings for my front shocks, so I cant install them yet. Are the shock bushings available or do I have to get new shocks?

Nope. Not unless you have converted to "coil overs"
