I don't know ....but seems to me like the cop was too rough.
I would think that the cop would still have to follow procedure by instructing his suspect as he went along.
"sir, can you please mis-mount from your vehicle"
"Do you have an ID?"....if no, then "I am going to administer a pat search, do you have any sharp objects in your pockets?"
"you are under arrest for improper registered vehicle" "you are under arrest for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated" "you are under arrest for possession of stolen property"
NONE of that.
I think that cop is civil rights violating offender by pulling on the man's arm and unnecessary roughness.......sure the man resisted, but none of that was by the book anyway.
Where is the backup officer anyway?
That kind of thing makes me afraid of cops because he needed to communicate better.

seems like a small town and the same sheriffs have been through the same rodeo with the same town clown.
I can believe that because I live in a rural area and there is guy up the road who inherited his grandpa's farm and he acts like the idiot in the video and the sheriff has warned him a 100 times and he still continues his stupidity
