my guess is, same wheels, different seller
(plus his still have the tires on them and that is reflected in the price)

It's tough to find good looking wheels in SBP that you can also still by tires for

When I bought my rear wheels I had a fellow member haul them from Madison wi to just outside of chicago, and then I hauled them home from there...2 hours one way doesn't sound too bad
