school me on radiators please?

alright guys so I was looking for a radiator today and I found one from a 68 charger with the measurements of 26"W x 18"H x 2"TH 3 row radiator, so I started doing research, I'm working on a 67 barracuda right now, with a 68 273, and one of the website I used for measurements said it was 21 1/8 x 25 3/4, than I went to another site and the measurements were 29.5 in. W, 18.63 in....so what is going on? what measurements do I need exactly for a radiator to fit in my car?

26" radiators are 1973+

22" radiators are -1972

26" radiators were used on 68 and 69 big block a-bodies and the core support is the size to accept it . I don't know much but most of the a-bodies I have seen have 22" x 17 1/8" radiators . A 26" rad will not fit unless the core support to accept it . This leaves less space for the rest of the items needed up front . Just my opinion . Modern rads perform much better than the in the old days .
