Anyone running the new torque strap on their early A? I just got mine from UPS.

Yup, schmacher torque rod, engine mounts and tri-Y headers.

Yep got the same one. Fits like a glove but mine is obscured by the power steering.

Got it. I looked the instructions over and it seems pretty simple. I'm sure I don't have the sway bar holes so I'll have to use the template. Wish this was out when the K member was out of the car.

I guess I was ahead of my time. Back in the 70's I installed a aluminum turnbuckle I found at the local farm store as a torque strap. It worked well and looked good after a little polish. Toolmanmike
