Is a Shark Tooth Grille a direct bolt in, on a 69 Valiant

no is the simple answer.
It will fit, but the lower grill support needs to be cut so that the locating pins will fit in. The Valiant grill is held in with sheet metal screws.

I cut a 69 lower grill support so that I could do it. Doesn't take long. I Could switch grills if I wanted to. Enjoy Florida!
