PM Sent. If this will fit a 10.5" small block 833 bell ill take it. No 5th bolt hole is throwing me off. All the ones ive seen have 5 bolt holes.

Hate to burst your guys bubbles but thats a truck inspection cover. The fork is used in some car applications though.
