Silly Cam question

['73 Root Beer]

How can I tell what the original cam is, or should be? In my 73 318 Dodge Dart Swinger 904 3 speed.

I have build sheet of the car, not in front of me, as I am at work, and looking to find out, for curiosity sake.

The stock cam is real small. 240-248 adverstised duration I believ at .050" its 190-200. Lift is .373"-400" range and its on a 114lsa I believe. Almost any small aftermarket cam will be an upgrade.
