I know this may sound stupid.:newb:
I have a 74 Duster I am resto-modding.
It was a long time ago but back in the day I helped a friend repair a 68 Barracuda and as I remember it that car did not any sort of vacuum paraphernalia to control the heat/defrost function.
On my 74 there is a ton of that sort of thing. My Duster is a factory AC car so there are vacuum lines everywhere under the dash.
I am gutting the car and removing the full dash structure to do the wiper pivots etc, etc. Is it possible to use a cable type temperature-heat duct-defrost control like the one I remember being in that Barracuda?
