I think I know the answer but, I have to re-clock this thing as it's almost impossible to get an oil filter wrench on the filter. Can I loosen that big bolt and turn it or I am going to need to re-gasket the whole thing? Thank you.
 
yeah if you loosen that bolt and move it your toast

Doesn't take much to try before putting the new gaskets in, you might be surprised depending on how the installer applied the gaskets. I had a persistent drip from there and got a gasket set. Before biting the bullet I tried tightening the bolt. It turn a quarter turn. It hasn't lost a drop in 2 months - go figure...
 
If you need a wrench to remove the oil filter, you put it on too tight. They don't need "much" to seal and stay on.
 
Silicone grease instead oil makes a huge difference, but again, don't overtighten it.
