View attachment 1715291507 I had the T5 ‘cuda 440 for 28 years and the red 340 S for 10. This is a picture of them just before leaving for Omaha Nebraska.
Hope your beautiful rides found a good home, I know your new ride did. What did you get?
Probably a 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury, Fury, Belvedere or Savoy.
You might try Jim Hale in Van Buren , Ark. , he`s a 64 nut now , or was. He had about every 64 Plymouth body style and engine combination made , at one time a few yrs. back.
His stuff is usually first class too !
Those are my favorite mopars ever!Probably a 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury, Fury, Belvedere or Savoy.
Virgil Exner at his best! Love them 62's. The face only a mother could love! Or a true Mopar lover!I always liked the 64 Plymouth, how can you not though.
I recently sold a car I had for 19 years and change.
Bought a 62 Dart, which I knew about for a decade or so, saw it a number of times sitting under an old sheet, covered in dust. Didn't really give it any thought.
Now I can't believe I didn't have to have one all these years! So wild looking.
And it will absolutely not be a max wedge clone.

What's under the hood now? I always thought a Poly would be perfect for a cruiser or even a slant 6. Why not. They all don't have to be Max Wedge clones.I always liked the 64 Plymouth, how can you not though.

Perfect. The Coronet I have my eye on is a Poly car. I love the look and they run well too. They can be dressed up real nice.Poly 318, haven't tried to start it. I have a 383 4 speed for it. Might even put a tunnel ram on it.
mcodecuda, I hear you, my car of 19 years was painted up and pretty, never drove it. Now I have only drivers, go to cruise-ins on weekdays, free, no bs, no awards to wait all day for, and the best part is I can set a screwdriver on it without worrying about scratching it.
Nice comfy interior, mechanically sorted, safe, and who cares about the rest.
