I would clean it up and do a ''sympathetic'' resto to it. (Just give it what it needs)
You probably won't have a problem finding good parts, you have a knack for finding lots of stuff for cheap.
I've seen people restore worse ones and they weren't even 340 cars!
 
I say if you can do the work, do it. Once they are gone, they are gone and Demons were never that common. That is a cool car. Good luck to you.
 
i wood fix it....it's just metal,and they dont make 340 demons anymore.my green one wasn't much better and its snot a 340 car
 
i have seen worse saved, i would say save it if you know how to! before and after shots from mopar muscle..to inspire:)

Well its a gig job but if you decide to part it out I will take dibs on complete shifter and linkage with rods..

got a good 72 dart with all good parts except the roof 500.00and a roof off one ofthe duster another 100.00 you pick up
