I can't say what you will need without knowing your tire size.
but if you already found the chart than I am sure you already know what gear you will be needing.
BUT what you may not know is this...
a few months ago I went to order a speedo gear... ( I have a 28" tall rear tire and 4.56 rear gears which called for a 43 tooth ( if i remember right anyhow) blue speedo gear).
I seen year ones price tag on the gear and on top of that their ridiculous shipping charges and thought "has to be a better deal out there"......so I called my local dodge dealership, told them what I needed....they said they could get me one I said "great! how much?" they said " $135.00 " I said " CLICK " lol.
THEN I went to randys ring and pinions website and found what I needed shipped to my door for around $30.00 (which sounds like alot for a chunk of plastic with a metal rod in the center......but was cheaper than everyone else).
you might find that the one you need may be even cheaper yet.....mine was more because of the high tooth count and being a not so common gear.
