I know it's not a A Body but the front suspension on my 2005 1500 Dodge Ram squeaks really bad. I was told I could take a large scyringe and needle and shoot some grease in places where there are no fittings. Has anyone tried this and so what type grease or oil did you use? I have been trying to get on the truck forum but having trouble this morning.

If you can get it to squeak while someone is pushing up and down on the suspension maybe you could use a stethoscope and pinpoint your squeak.
Sometimes noises can drive you nuts.
At our shop we bought some chassis ears off the tool truck, they work pretty good.

If its a suspension part , tie rod , ball joint etc. You will probably be better off just replacing , I don't think your going to get grease where you need it without a grease fitting.
