I here ya it is looking like spring:glasses7: Me still have to find the time to get my new leaf springs in,and as soon as as all the gritty dirt is gone we are out for a RIP.Good for you Wilson your grin saysssssss it all.

nice:thumrigh:

your Demon almost convinced me to change to Curious Yellow when I redid my Duster last fall. If I hadn't had some left over plum crazy, I'm pretty sure I would have

edit-had the Duster out a while ago too, but this winter was so awesome that it didn't sit for very long stretches anyways:D

Looks Great, supposed to be 67 here this week, I'm right behind you! I don't mean to hijack your thread, but i have to ask, what size tires are you running front and back. Thanks

340Wedge: I am running 235/60/14 all the way around on the factory
stock 14x5.5 rallyes.

Why do you ask? I think I need more tire out back to fill out the well
a bit more.

Thanks Muscla, they look good on your car, I'm using 215 70R 14s on back and 205's in front, I think they are close to original in size with the polyglass but I need new tires, so i'm looking for options. The Dusters seem to have a smaller wheelwell up front than the Demons so that might change things?

Every darn season I always gotten my ride out mid March. This season thou I said screw it, take it in late November and get it out late March--you have to pre pay $90 a month for a indoor warehouse storage space in Detroit.

Looks like this year I be one of last ones out, usually I'm a early bird. Could hear those young punks with their racing bikes winding them out today--thou it gotten too quiet mid afternoon--coppers must have been out and about

Craig: Actually you can blame the anitfreeze on Ma Mopar
and the lousy corbin clamps she used. They sometimes leak....
I usually fix the problem by using a more conventional clamp.

:)

ir3333. The story behind the motor and car for that matter is,
the fellow I bought the car from was in the middle of converting it
for quarter mile duties. The car was originally a slant 6, little
old ladies car. He converted it to a 360,727 trans,8 3/4 rear.
There was a roll bar in the car,but the full interior other than the racing
seats and B&M shifter were the only deviation at that point.
Life got in the way for him and he had to bail. He had $5000.00
in the motor. I'm not sure of the specs. He gave them to me
but I misplaced the sheet and my memory ain't that good
anymore. The motor is stout with a radical idle. Gas mileage is
no hell....8 mpg at best
The Demon has power steering and power disc brakes. It had really
stout gears out back but I changed it to a 3.55 sure-grip.
I converted everything back to stock appearing, bench seat and all
and column shift.

So what you are looking at is a 340 clone......

I have been here on this site for well over 4 years and it's so nice to hear our Canadian members are getting to enjoy there Mopars this early in March :glasses7:
Mother nature has changed here make up here also, we hit 80 degree's yesterday here :glasses7:
I just hope we don't get another freeze :wack: we will loose all our fresh new buds on our trees.
Nice Demon's men :hello2::hello2:

Memike: Did you have black Duster for sale a few years ago????
I think I asked about it????? Was that you??? I think it was a 318 car,
with a sharktooth grill.

Heck we are pushing 80 up here, 74 in Detroit and Chicago did make it to 80

Makes some sense with no snow anywhere around now the sun can shine down and warm the Earth/ the snow cover reflects most the sun rays in a normal winter

Now if only fuel prices could clam down

Spring's not cooperating here in central BC. Trans Cda Hwy 1 Pass was closed again today.
