how do i rebuild on a ply scamp 1974 the sterring knuckle of the sterring cloumb
 
A picture of the part you wish to rebuild would help here as your description is confusing. A-body Mopars do not have steering knuckles like a solid axle vehicle. Instead they have spindles which pivot between ball joints. As for the steering column, there is no knuckle. However there is a coupling between the column shaft and the steering gearbox. Right, and if that's the one you're talking about, you can get the same thing much cheaper than from that Mancini kit. Try rockauto or ebay.

You can always check your local part stores. Ask for Dorman 425-253 which costs $7.99 retail here at my local Oreilly's.
