Stroked 273, possible?

Just out of curiosity, is it possible to stroke a 273? What cubic inchs would a person come up with? Just something I have wondered about, probably won't do it, unless I win the lottery.
 
Possible, yes. Probable, not really. Pistons would be custom and expensive.
 
My personal opinion is that this is throwing good money after bad. As plentiful as 318 blocks are, I'd at LEAST start with one of those. The other thing you get into is "bore to stroke ratio." I have not bothered to look into what that amounts to for the 273
