Strut Rod Bushings 71 Demon

Hi,
Do I need to remove the LCA to replace the strut Rod Bushings on a1971 Dodge Demon?

No.. They unbolt from the bottom of the lower control arm and the front.. Just make sure there is not load on the control arms when you try to take the strut rods off. But its a lot easier if you already have the k-frame off.

You're most likely going to have to at least loosen the lower control arms and push them towards the rear which also means removing the rear clips on the torsion bars. Even with the nuts removed from both ends of the strut rod, it's too long to remove without moving the LCA rearward.

Yeah.. I just did mine while I had the k-frame off.. I just saw that it un bolted and thought you could do it.. Sorry about that
