Unless I have missed something, they dropped that discount around the beginning of the summer. The more you spend, the more you save. Just the free shipping on most orders over $99.

Yep, you just have to call in the order, and can't do it online. I did it last month with no problems.

Summit still does pass out 10% off codes but not as freely as they used too. I picked up three of them last month at Dragway42 when Summit had a Trailer there. Usually I can get about 12 and pass them out but they only put out a few at a time. Mine are spoken for and I’m sorry but if one frees up I’ll keep this post in mind.
