Has anyone used the Summit hugger headers on a 65 Dart, with the 273?

They don't fit, if you look the drivers one will dump right into the steering box.
It has been bought up on here before but I couln't find the post.

I know I'm right....
One AND 3 would hit the steering box. Not a chance. I dont even think the passenger side would fit as it looks like it sticks out too far. Forget it.

That's the problem with the a's like ours. Hooker makes a set for the 65's, it's a 2piece style header that goes under the engine mount. I had a set that cost me about 800 bucks. You can also go fender well style if you want to cut the hell out of your fender wells. Good luck.
