Tahoe family/tow vehicle for sale

ok so its time to pass on my family wagon to a new owner...we bought a new car and no longer need the tahoe.
Its a 1998 chevy tahoe, 4 door with barn door rears(better of the 2 styles),
It has 4-6" fabtech lift / ladder bars/msd ignition/k&n filter & someonen installed some custom dash interior peices,
Very cool street machine, And the nice thing is it has over 100k miles on the car but new motor!!! about 85k on the new motor 5.7 !!!!
great towing ability and very comforatable and smooth, I have seen the records for the new motor and can pass them on, I also installed a new rearened when i bought it a year ago.

Is it a 4x4? or a faux by 4? Interested if a 4x4 and has 3 rows
