the plugging of the hole

hey car junkies seein what you used to fill up the ridiculous smog holes in the exhaust outlet thingy

figured on grinding the bump n filling both ends with welds

or did you use super glue? or jb weld? or screwed a screw into it? or just covered it with a towel? :sign3:

also what cc's are usual on 308 heads? indy guy says 64-65

tapped it in about 1/2" with a 1/4-24 set screw and epoxied it.

I use a 1/4" X 20 tap and insert grub screws

it would be nice to tap the hole all the way through , put a long screw/all thread into it...and then port/blend the protruding part at the short turn....as if it was never there
