to girdle or not to girdle

I am building a stroker motor and was wanting to know if a girdle was going to be needed .

its going to have 610 lift roller cam
235 deg duration at 50

sprayed with 150 nos

Wouldnt hurt. Kinda depends on how high you want to spin it.. I would put one in.

Just put the girdle, isn't expensive and you will sleep better...

What engine is it? LA, B RB? What head choice and displacement?

By that cam choice I'd say in any case, it's under cammed, and with NOS use, way under cammed.
