Top end oiling question 360

Just built a 360 and was trying to prime oiling
System but I only get oil to rockershafts when
Crank is in one spot. If I rotate the crank
I lose the supply of oil to the top end. Different
spots for each bank on crank location when
it does feed the oil up top. Is this normal
or is something wrong ?

Totally normal.
Just rotate it as you prime.

Agree, The holes in the cam bearing only line up to oil each bank during a certain spot in the cam rotation.
