transfer case question

Will all 727 small block trannys bolt up to a transfer case. They dont make different ones for these applications do they. Bill

There is an adapter between the transfer case and the trans.
this is adapter is also the mounting boss.

The front case is the same, I believe, just the rear (main) shaft and what would be the tail housing.

Should not be too tough to get a proper 4x4 727, I see lots of 'em on Craigslist

I have one, I was just asking because someone I know needs one and I wanted to make sure it would work. Thanks guys
