Hello, I am completing the installation of the TTI headers on my 66 Barracuda. I was lucky to have a very experienced mechanic to help me and the use of his garage and lift. It was still painful
I have a column shift automatic and was wondering what people are doing with the trans kickdown linkage?
Any help or experience or modification would be greatly appreciated.
Are there any products from Lokar or Bouchillon that would work?
Thank you for the help

Did you not get the instructions? I think you need to make a couple modifications to the assembly. You can go to their website to see diagrams of these instructions:

1. The bellcrank and the pivot shaft must be shortened by 3/4”. 2. Weld the bellcrank back together as shown.
3. Re-bend the lower throttle rod as shown.

lokar makes a kickdown cable (as do several other companies) that runs about 80 bucks
