TTI Headers V Magnum Block

If you are using a Magnum block with TTi headers you will have to grind some of the rear magnum passenger mounting pads on the block. I had to take approx 1/4 inch from mine so the headers will sit flat on the heads.

There is no info from TTi about this prob when they sell these. Luckily this was spotted while I had it all assembled on an engine test stand and not in the car.

Lucky you, gotta deal with this on stock exhaust manifolds on my brothers '65 Plymouth Valiant that I put a 318 magnum in. Drivers side manifold pushed out a tiny bit because of the blocks casting design, lil' exhaust leak, but oh well... This too is mentioned on Magnumswaps.com
