Tuff wheel in a valiant

Hey fellas, I need a new wheel in my 67 valiant. I'd like to put a tuff wheel repro in it.
What do I need to get as far as the wheel adapter goes to make it a smooth swap.
Is there a part number for the mounting kit ?
