universal dash wiring harness

I got this kit from online and its has 4 leds in the kit. Two are for turn signals, one for highbeams and one for brakes?? What in the world would you need a led for brakes? or does it mean parking brake? Anyone use a kit like this before?

On a factory harness, the brake light is activated with the parking brake applied or if the brake fluid is low in the Master Cylinder.

In dual reservoir cars (~68+), the pressure-imbalance switch in the distribution block lights a warning lamp on the dash. I don't think any Darts had a "low fluid" warning switch, though if you use a modern 2-bolt alum MC it might.
