Saw this car on craigslist in Florida. Looks pretty clean. Not sure how I feel about the tail fins. Has some nice custom work to it.

The fins, meh, but I'm not digging the Caddy lights and the way the rear body was bowed to fit them. It's nothing that can't be undone.

And painted bumpers jest ain't never look right on a car that's supposed to have chrome ones. But I appreciate the effort. I'd like to see more; can we have a link to the Craigslist ad?

As aftermarket tailfins on A-bodies go, I like this effort better. There's also this one which I think is a mixed bag: the taillamps in the fins are A+, but the ones in the bumper are kinda fail, and the bumper ain't supposed to be painted there, either.

At first glance the white Valiant looks like a '61 Comet, only with more pronounced fins.

Perhaps fins will come back in style, or they were shooting for a Batmobile look.

I loved the car until I got to the back. Notice the led lights in the grill for turn signals.

clean little car. better than that 4 door dart getto cruiser in the other pic. LOL.

This car is in my back yard so to speak. If it weren't for the fins and tail lights, I would go look at it.

To me that first car just looks uninspiring.
White paint on a car is primer in my book. Unless you actually like riding around in something that looks a refrigerator with wheels.
Painted bumpers shout out 'CHEAP' and '80s for me and are an instant downer.

As for the fins, imo they should match or complement the lines of a car.
Can't ever see that happening on a boxy late 60's or '70 car.
