Vin number decode

Hi Everyone
I am soon to be purchasing a red 65 barracuda. The gentleman I am buying from sent me a pic of fender tag and then wrote out the last 2 lines I am not sure what to make of it .
Can someone let me know what I am looking at please

Post the pic of the actual Fender tag so people can properly decode it. There isn’t enough info on the hand written note to do it right.

VIN format: LCYPNNNNNN (60-65)
L = Car line
C = Price class (trim level)
Y = Model year
P = Assembly plant
NNNNNN = Sequence number

"AB31 = 273 - 4bbl engine
"C5" = Formula S package
"D5" = TorqFlite trans
"E5" = Front heater w/ defrost
"F1" = Power Brakes
"Q1" = AM Radio
"P4X" = Premium buckets, Vinyl, Black
"PP1" = Ruby roof and body paint, MonoTone paint style.
"303" = Build date-Mar 3/65 - "00118" = Shipping Order Number - these 2 should be stamped on upper rad. support, under yellow antifreeze decal

I think these are right. I'll stand to be corrected if not.
