Yours is the same as the '63-6 models. I have a factory NOS chrome '60-1 Valiant and Lancer gas cap (2240319), which will fit, but, the handle is clocked differently, so, the bar won't be horizontal when fully installed.
 
I sell my custom machined pieces here and eBay. They use an oring for a great seal. $45 shipped.

Thanks for the info - so 62 to 66 are the same
But still looking for a factory painted one
 
I do have a factory painted original if you're still looking.....both with or without a new seal.
