water outlet torque specs?

Since I have been having leaks at the water outlet, I am going to stop the old 'by feel' method and torque the dang thing down. I bought a Billet Specialties water outlet with an o-ring seal. Any idea what the torque spec is for a water outlet? 360 magnum block.

I never torqued mine down to any specific spec. If you are just using the o-ring alone I'm not surprised you have leaks cause that happened to me. I had to use a gasket coated in rtv to get the leaks to stop.
