OK, so I think that's what it's called after digging thru a scanned parts catalog for an hour. The trim that goes on the pinch weld at the back of the door opening between the rear interior quarter at the edge of the window down to the sill plate.

Mine was beige and trashed and long gone. Is that the correct name for it and where the H*!! does one find it or is it hope someone has some on a parts car that isn;t trashed ?

I know you can buy it on e bay. Year One and Classic Industries should have it.
 
Awesome, thanks. Gotta love the naming inconsistencies. Found a piece of the old stuff to measure and off to shopping i go. Wonder if I could find it locally at an upholstery shop...hrmm, sounds like a task for Friday afternoon
