What are these brackets?? Please look.

I found these brackets, in the cave,
I have had these for prob 20 years.:clock:

Perhaps some type of fold down seat brackets,
there is a locking latch that has to be manually moved; and they pivot.

I have no clue really. DUH.

Part # 2802522 and 2802523, left and right.

i think they look like hood hinges. maby that when the hood is closed the hinge is closed. so it would mount on the top of the fender well maby lol. i am thinkin cheby but dont know

Wildly uneducated guesses:
1) Some sort of crazy seat-back hinges
2) Pivots for a very rare adjustable spoiler (early Dart R/T option)
3) Ultra-overkill visor pivots

They're kinda cool whatever they are.
