What electrical fan are you running?

As of now I'm running a solid fan unit. Works pretty well, but after the rebuild and hot summer ny days I may have to go with an electrical unit. I'm using a remanufactured radiator and have no problems with it so far. Any recommendations on dimensions and sending units?

Spal is the best on the market, but there are others that work well. Just compare the CFM before you buy one, you can have two fans the same size but one will put out less than half the CFM of the other.

Do you have a 22" or 26" radiator?
I've got a factory style 26" radiator in my Dart and am running the dual, two-speed electric fan and shroud setup from a Chrysler LHS.
I switch it on manually when the water temp hits 170*. Even during the hottest summer days, my 340 stays at or below 190* around town.
