what gears ratio

I bought a set of Richmond ring and pinon gears at swap meet the numbers on them are 8304 8620 ,ring gear 7304 8620 wondering what the ratio is told it was 4.88 thanks for info

COunt the teeth on the ring and on the pinion and do the math and you will have your answer. I usually divide the wrong way the first time then change it the other way to get my answer. Math was never my strong point!

My Richmond gears had the ratio stamped on the ring if I remember right.
