Analog Water Temp, Oil pressure gauges. What sending unit did you use on your Gen III hemi to make these gauges work?

They're all NPT.

If I remember correctly:
Oil pressure is 1/8
Remote oil holes: 3/8
Main water temp is 3/8
Second water temp on water pump is 1/4 (not all pumps have this)

Is that what you needed to know?

Actually, what I was looking for was more along the lines of:
Will sending units from the Gen 3 hemis register on old analog gagues or do you have to put sending units from a motor intended for an A body into the Gen 3 motor? I am not aware if the wires from the sending units pass through the modern ECU first or if they just go directly to the gauge like in the old days. Obviously the crank and cam sensors have to be the new stuff since they didn't exist back then, but I want my old water and oil pressure gauges to work.

I should mention that this is a carburetor car, no EFI, no ECU, just 6-Hemi running the spark plugs.

Use the original water temp and oil pressure senders -assuming you are using the stock dash instruments.
