what spray gun?

painting under side of the car, its set up on jack stands,

what gun do you recommend? can i get away with an HVLP top fed gun or would i need one with a remote tank?

What kind of paint?Distance from shop floor to floorboard? Let's start with that.

I use the 3M PPS, you use a typical gravity feed gun and the system uses liners with no air vent so you can spray upside down without any problems.
