what starter to use..

ok I took my mini starter off my small block engine to use on the 440 and it won't fit proper..I thought they all interchanged..it's not a aftermarket one just stock. What starter do I need from autone, O'Reilly or advance auto parts
 
Some have a terminal adapter that has to be removed and the battery cable still gets very close to the block.....
